For the 4th year in a row, this holiday season, Bergeron Mechanical Systems is celebrating the spirit of giving with our Comfort & Joy campaign. A way to share warmth with a Keene homeowner that makes our community a better place.
Our goal is simple:
To gift one deserving family a single-zone Mitsubishi Electric Heating & Air Conditioning system that brings comfort, efficiency, and a little extra joy to a portion of their home.
We’re inviting you to help us find them: a homeowner who lends a helping hand, lifts others up, or brings a touch of kindness to the neighborhood.
The Gift
One selected homeowner will receive a complete 12,000 BTU Mitsubishi Electric Heating & Air Conditioning system with standard installation and a full twelve-year parts and labor warranty, bringing comfort and efficiency to their home, for this holiday and many holidays to come.
Once nominations close, our team will carefully review submissions and announce the selected recipient before Christmas.
How to Take Part

Who can nominate:
Anyone, from anywhere: friends, coworkers, or neighbors. You can submit your own nomination as well.
Who can receive:
The nominated homeowner must reside in, and own the single-family detached home within Keene, since the system can only be installed in permanent residence within the city.
What matters most:
We’re looking for stories of kindness, community involvement, and genuine need. Individuals/Families who give back and make Keene a warmer, more caring place.
When to apply:
Nominations are open until December 15, so don’t wait!

12,000 BTU Mitsubishi Electric Heating & Air Conditioning system with standard installation includes one 12,000 BTU Mitsubishi Electric FX Series wall mounted hyper heat h2I heat pump system, up to 40’ of refrigerant lines, 10’ of line hide, standard 20amp electric service (meaning the existing electrical panel must have the capacity for the additional electric circuit), bluestone pad, 18” stand, 12 year Mitsubishi parts warranty to original owner and 12 year JB labor warranty that is transferrable to any future owner of the property, and complete installation performed by Bergeron Mechanical Systems’ technicians. Standard installation does not include carpentry, electric panel upgrades, or any other considerations outside of a standard installation as defined by Bergeron Mechanical Systems (BMS). In the event that system installation requires work or equipment beyond a standard installation, BMS will provide a quote for any additional work required, which may be completed at the homeowner’s expense. BMS will inspect electric service and equipment locations for system installation. If BMS deems the proposed installation location to be in conflict with proper design and installation guidelines or presents a safety hazard, as defined by BMS, and a solution cannot be agreed upon between BMS and the homeowner, the system will not be awarded, and an alternate recipient will be selected. The original award recipient has no right to compensation.
Recipient must be the legal owner of, and residing in, the location where the system is to be installed.
