Warranty Statement

At K.E. Bergeron Mechanical Systems, LLC we are committed to providing every customer with 5-star service. As a registered Mitsubishi Electric Elite Diamond contractor, our customers enjoy the benefit of a full 12-year warranty on parts (versus the standard 6-year warranty). Please refer to paragraph “D” on the Mitsubishi Warranty Statement  We will register your product warranty with Mitsubishi Electric within 90 days from the date of installation.

Upon full payment of your installation, we will be able to offer you a full 1-year “bumper to bumper” warranty.

We recommend that you check or clean the indoor unit filters every 90 days, and that you have us professionally clean and perform a maintenance check at least twice per year to ensure that your units are continuing to operate at maximum efficiency. Routine maintenance will allow us the opportunity to verify that your system is operating correctly, and to identify and repair any issues promptly.
