About Bergeron Mechanical Systems
Bergeron Mechanical Systems opened its doors back in June of 1973. Our commitment was simple—to provide exceptional HVAC service from end to end. We remain locally owned and operated by second-generation owner, Kim Bergeron.
Achieving consistently exceptional service for our customers didn’t happen on its own; it is a process we have developed over decades and is rooted in our core values of safety, quality, delivery, and price.

SAFETY
The health and safety of our team members and our customers is always our first priority.Â
QUALITY
Our company culture is to perform at the highest level with exceptional products, workmanship, and customer service.
DELIVERY
We must deliver on our promises, every time.Â
PRICE
We provide pricing that is a value to our customers. We do not strive to be the cheapest option, we strive to be the best. Our pricing reflects our investments in our team members, in quality products and components, quality tools, our business growth and sustainability, and our community.
Here are a few examples of how our commitment to our core values guides our actions:
- We have an HVAC system design process followed by every one of our design consultants, ensuring that every system we install is right-sized for optimal performance and energy savings.
- Our Mitsubishi Electric certified technicians are highly skilled tradespeople following our protocols and check list, to ensure quality and safety at every job.Â
- We invest in service training for all members of our team so that we can provide excellent, professional service, with empathy for the concerns and needs of every customer.
- We consistently research potential financial advantages for our customers, such as tax credits, rebates, funding sources, and financing. We were the only contractor in Cheshire County to be approved for participation in the now closed National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF), securing over $134,000 in funding for our customers over the life of the program.Â
- We explore and adopt new technologies to improve our performance and customer satisfaction, such as being the first to adopt HouseCall Pro to provide a digital customer experience, and our investment in our showroom, The Comfort Zone, to provide a hands-on customer experience.
We are driven to stay on the leading-edge of technology in our industry.
Our Focus on Quality Equals Customer Savings
According to studies, 90% of heat pumps installed in the U.S. are not designed and installed properly. The worst part is that most homeowners have no idea they are overpaying on their energy bills.
A report from the U.S. Department of Energy affirmed widespread problems with incorrect installation. The DOE’s Office of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy found that single-family homes have real problems with improper duct sizing and refrigerant charge, all of which lead to the inefficient use of energy and higher monthly bills for consumers.
Bergeron Mechanical Systems customers are fortunate to be in the group of the 10% of heat pumps properly designed and installed. Our holistic look at the HVAC process ensures proper sizing and installation, resulting in optimally efficient systems and lower energy costs.
We know that sizing your HVAC unit properly can reduce peak demand, which in turn lowers energy costs. We get it right by performing detailed load calculations. We invest in technological advances, and take studies like the one cited here, to heart. In doing so, so we continue to improve our own performance and the quality of our customers’ HVAC systems.
