- Full 12-year warranty on all Mitsubishi Electric parts (no cost for any part for 12 years).
- Full 12-year labor warranty for any replacement Mitsubishi part (no cost for any part replacement for 12 years).
- Load estimate with written fixed cost proposal including all Mitsubishi part numbers.
- All systems installed by licensed and factory-trained professionals.
- All systems will be warranty registered by KEBMS for the customer.
- All systems, once fully paid for, will receive a paid invoice so the customer can claim any applicable rebates or tax credits.
- All systems, once fully paid for, will receive a close-out package with a fixed-cost maintenance contract to ensure all Mitsubishi Electric and JB Labor Warranties remain in full force.
